Dave M. was our technician today. Very good at what he does. We have a family Service Plan that does an annual Plumbing inspection as well as servicing our tankless water heater. Dave went down our check list and did it all. I would recommend using Dave M. He has been the best technician that Dutton has ever sent out.

It was my first time using Dutton, my garbage disposal wasn’t working, said it needed to be replaced he told me if I bought from him the lowest price was $1000. & the highest $4000., I couldn’t believe my ears, I told him I’ll buy my disposal & how mush to just install, $453.00 again I couldn’t believe my ears, I ended up buying the same disposal which lasted me 15 years for $134.00 included the power cord, I call about 4 plumbers in Simi and all quoted $165. - $195.00, total cost $ 309.00, I think I need to report them to B... read more

Can’t tell you how overpriced they are and the up selling is crazy. Please don’t call them. Twice was told I need to fix an issue and it would cost over $1000. Had another plumber fix it for $150. Even gave them another chance as I had the “service contract “ I paid $300 for. They screwed me again. Tried to say it wasn’t covered and would run thousands to re pipe. Used another plumber and had it fixed for less than $200. They swore they would cone out and do a free service check on a few things - never happened. I have 4 oth... read more

We had a over welling job of replacing all the drain pipes under the house. We have four grandchildren living with us and needed it done fast. The guys worked so hard to get it done right as quickly as they could. They took time to help us prepare the rooms they had to work in. We could not have done this with out there support moving things out of the way. I want to thank Adam, Ken, Bernardo, J.P.,Joaquin, Ricardo, Edgar, Carlos and Tony. Great crew of guys. He showed up on time, was professional, explained what he was going to do (and why).. we've had Dutton Plumbing out before, and was again impressed.
