Brought our truck in for service. Two days later, I picked it up with a 1" dent in the drivers side rear door covered with Red paint. When I brought it up the the service representative, I was completely blown off. I know it happened there. Parking is a disaster right now due to construction and I get that. Went to dutro outlet on Maysville pike about 5 months ago and bought what I thought was a good vehicle well not true! I haven't had anything but trouble with it first I had to replace both axles in the front end and the my turn signals messed up and now there is something wrong with the front end again! Called and told them about the axels their response was oh well it was as is! I bought my 2013 ford focus here. I have fought with dutros and ford to fix the UnFixable recall I have. Dutros has the worst customer service including sales managers!
Omg.... Went to Dutro's to see what a fiesta hatchback looked like. It didn't have what I was looking for in a car. I looked a some fords and nissans and got offered such a great deal on a 2016 Rogue that I couldn't leave without it. Then they had the nerve to get me a great financing deal that I almost kissed "Sarge".... What a great bunch of guys. Thanks Sarge !!!

Long story short, they sold me a defective car and them tried to play it off like they didn't know. How can you not know a car is defective when you have to test it and certify the car?
My husband and I came here to try to trade in our car, apparently we were not approved because we haven't had our car long enough to trade in but they didn't even have enough common curtesy to call and let us know. We were told we would receive a call back either way and it's been almost two weeks. Pretty rude in my book. No sale so they don't care. Won't be giving them our business when we are able to trade in the near future
