Treated Like a Queen I wiil always drive a Subaru and I will always go through Dan Belling as long he is a salesperson at Duteau's. He is so kind and non-aggressive about selling a car. He told me everything I needed to know about the vehicle without being pushy and aggressive. He is absolutely the best! Also Duteau's also treats me very well with regards to their service department. I have leased 3 Subarus with them and will continue to do so as long as I am able to drive. Dan and Duteau's are the best!
I just returned from what should have been the first of many visits to DuTeau Subaru considering I just purchased a 2005 model. It was instead my last visit. I simply visited the parts dept. I would have been fine with the fact that they couldn’t yet get my requested part. However, the fact that the 2 gentlemen working the parts counter couldn’t even bother to GET UP to speak to me spoke volumes. Had I been 22 and blonde, would that have been the case? Kurt was super good to work with. He was very pleasant and helped us work through our buying process. This is the first Subaru in our family and I have a feeling it probably won’t be the last one by any means.
My daughter worked with Kurt to purchase the first Subaru that anyone in our family has ever owned. We started late on a Thursday afternoon and made the final decision on which vehicle to purchase and which dealership we would purchase through. Kurt is very knowledgeable and not pushy at all. As a repeat customer I can say Duteau is always a treat to work with. They aren't pushy and will give you space and time to casually browse before you need questions answered. They are genuinely interested in making sure you will be happy with the vehicle you choose and never ask "what payment can you afford?".
The best experience EVER at a car dealership! Bobby Slade and Daniel Belling, were exceptional in service. A couple weeks before I came in, Bobby set up an appointment for me to check out a few different models. I was upfront with him about where I was financially and he didn't bat an eye!
