Arrived around 10:30 am for express service. Car was ready before 12:00 pm.
Service department is the best. Tanner Reed was our service representative and he was absolutely wonderful to work with. Kept me informed and was really helpful.
Top-notch. From the moment I stepped inside, everyone was professional, kind and attentive. They took the time to explain every step along the way. I called management to compliment them afterwards. This is one of the best experiences I’ve had at a car dealership service department.
Over the years I've always received excellent service at DuTeau Subaru. I can change my own wiper blades and air filters, but beyond that I rely on DuTeau Subaru.

Bought a used 2020 Subaru Ascent from a Toyota dealer and when we had problems the Toyota dealer was zero help. But we were very fortunate to take it to DuTeau Subaru of Lincoln. Amazing service by our service rep, Katy! She was very courteous, explained everything in detail, let us drive a loaner vehicle, and kept us informed almost daily on what was happening with our repairs.
