Bonnie was exceptional. I have already told someone else about the pleasant experience I have had with Bill Gatton Nissan. And I am also encouraging them to go look at your 2015 Nissan Rogue SV w/SL AWD. I have 2 kids in college and have decided to wait on buying right now. Otherwise I would have bought from this dealership.
Got a great deal on a certified pre-owned car at Bill Gatton Imports. The sales person was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and did not use any high-pressure sales tactics. The dealership followed through on everything that was advertised about the vehicle. Everyone that we dealt with at the dealership was friendly and professional. This is the second used vehicle we purchased from Bill Gatton in the past 8 years, and it was a great experience each time. I would highly recommend checking our the deals at Bill Gatton!

I didn't get the impression making a sale to me was very important. Felt like I never really got to talk to the person who was the decision maker. I felt like the price on cargurus.com was just a teaser. A lady did however call me back a couple of times and I did get an email. Just not really impressed as compared to the dealership we ended up buying from.
I was all set to purchase this vehicle for the negotiated price when the salesman through out an additional $500 "doc" fee. When I asked what this was he said it was a state fee for processing documents. Since I was from out of state and I would be the one processing everything I didn't know why I had to pay this. He replied it was out of his control. I agreed to purchase to still purchase the vehicle if they took the "doc" fee off the asking price, which they wouldn't do, so the deal fell through.
