I drove across the city after I verified the vehicle was available and the price online and when I was ready to buy they said due to a “clerical error” it was $10k more. Plus the manager was rude.

We have confirmed that any pricing error on this vehicle was not in our control an update on the vehicle feed to Car gurus was discovered and corrected immediately . We still did our best to put you in this vehicle discounting it as much as possible to try to rectify the issue as well our goal is to have every customer drive away in the vehicle they came in for its never to leave without a vehicle

The salesman was very nice but they list the car for 20,998and then when you’re in there talking about buying it they say well that’s with your $5000 deposit so they actually wanted 25,998 not only was it a waste of my time, but it was a waste of their time as well since I specifically told them my needs and $25,000 was way too much for me unfortunately I’m not a wealthy woman and I could not afford more than 20,000 but they did say they would keep a lookout if they came across anything
Dealer kept harassing via calls and texts for weeks multiple times per day after being told to stop calling and after several numbers being blocked. They would just call from a new number when one was blocked. It wasn't until I threatened to report them for harassment when they finally stopped and then said it must've been a "mistake". It was the same person calling and texting every time, so there was no miscommunication or breakdown in communication.
