My husband and I were travelling from OH to SC in our Ford Bronco Sport and a small stone pierced the windshield while we were driving on I-77. Lucky for us, we weren’t far from Dutch Miller Ford of Ripley. We stopped there and the service and parts manager, Hunter Phillips, could not have been more helpful. Stay away from this business. Go elsewhere for mechanic work or buying a vehicle. I have been lied to numerous times. They've had our vehicle on a lift for 8 months and just quit working on it after 3 months.
Scott Gatchel took great care in making sure that I was buying what I wanted and needed. It was a very good buying experience. I really appreciate his knowledge and advice. I would recommend him and Dutch Miller Ripley.
