The facility spoke of my wife and my name frequently. Was really nice. My salesman Joey (Joesph) was really understanding of what I wanted. At first my mind was going towards so many different colors, I wanted them all. We (I eventually) finally came to the new color Ceramic Gray. A truck of my dreams. My wife and I stopped by one evening and checked out the used inventory. We saw a vehicle we liked that according to the paper on the window the dealer warranty was 100% covered for parts and labor. Called the next morning and inquired about the warranty. We were told that it was 100% covered so we went ahead and scheduled an appt to come in and look at it that afternoon.
