One hour and 50 minutes for an oil change and tire rotation is absolutely unacceptable. Then I sat in the showroom for an additional hour and 10 minutes while a recall was repaired. All of which had been scheduled in advance. I can take my car to a local and very well respected repair shop and have an oil change and tire rotation completed in an hour and it’s a walk in only business for oil changes.
