I live out of the area and had some property to sell in Ventura County. Dutch helped evaluate the property by sending me photos and discussing the best route to go. Dutch was always responsive to any of my communications via text and email and kept me apprised of what was happening during all of the steps. As a business owner it is always nice to find someone that you can rely on to take care of things for you and Dutch provided that type of service. I truly appreciate his help.

Who you can trust matters with your home; Dutch is the last realtor you will ever need to look for when it comes to buying and selling, I have used him 3 different times!
