Second time I go to the drive-through on a Thursday or Friday in the afternoon right after 6 PM and there is a Nissan Altima sitting in the drive-through chatting with the person that’s supposed to be making the drinks for 5 to 7 minutes then proceeding to order their drinks after chitchatting for all those minutes, causing me to wait unnecessary time and then proceeding to say “I don’t care we were busy.” As I drive off. Not sure why we had to wait 30 minutes at the walk up window for a drink. Looks like they care about the drive through because every car that arrived after us was taken care of but the walk up was ignored. Will never use the walkup again. Service sucked.
This is the craziest Dutch Bros I’ve been to. The wait time is has been over 20 minutes they brought drinks out to people behind us. The lady in front of us just ordered and then reordered at window causing the cars to back up more. No I would not recommend this location.
I love Dutch Brothers! I wish so much that I didn't have to drive over an hour to get a drink. Boo. Lol
I ordered a medium iced Golden eagle with extra banana flavoring. When I told the broista I wanted 3 scoops/however they do their measurements she looked at me funny and proceeded to say “that would be too sweet” when I told her that’s how I order it and have ordered it before she continues to say “we do one pump of banana”. I just continued on instead of arguing as that interaction ruined my mood. I then got my drink…come to my surprise, there’s not even a HINT of banana flavor in my coffee.
