Honestly, not much they can do to improve. They simply don't have the capacity to serve their demand. It was super crowded and took maybe 30 minutes to get in and out for 2 drinks. The workers seemed stressed and unorganized (rightfully so). I would suggest going to another coffee shop or their other location in town unless you have plenty of time to wait.
