Always good service. Spunky atmosphere. Usually the person at the window interracts with you while you wait. Tonight they were a little scrambled and then messed up our order. But this was a first in all the years we have been going. Still highly recommend!
Terrible customer service today. Ordered in app. showed up 10 minutes later to the pick up window. Was told order would be up. 20 minutes later I'm still waiting. I go back to the window and the guy says, 'I don't know if you've noticed but we have a long line today'. I said I ordered over 30 minutes ago! Said he had no control of the order flow. Requested a refund. They earned an angry customer today. They need to do better!
Yay! For the new fall sticker drop!
