I’ve only been here twice and this was my first time trying thier rebels. The girl who took our order was super nice but we got our drinks and they messed up the drinks and put cream in the one that wasn’t supposed to have any and didn’t put cream in the one that was supposed to have it:( also the drinks just didn’t taste good like at all. So I came in around 4:30 p.m. and ordered a drink. Put boba in it without but then they forgot the mango and they forgot the strawberry. I was only able to catch that they forgot the strawberry so I was able to get them to put it in but then they overfilled my cup. That it was overfilled and then I needed napkins because it spilled all over my wife's clothes and her purse and so she said oh wait and then she took forever and then finally brought the napkins and was not even apologetic. I always get great service. The employees are always very friendly. The app is easy to use and I love the free coffee.
There’s no consistency. One day the coffee is just right then I don’t know what happens. The coffee needs to be mixed because all the sugar stays at the bottom!!
