I was given an incorrect order that happened to include my allergen. When I contacted corporate, their suggestion was for me to try the drink at the window to ensure that the allergen wasn’t present… incredibly bad advice. Actually, more insulting than the mistake itself. They did also give me two free drinks that I won’t be using, because without the assurance that my drink isn’t going to cause harm to me I think it best not to go to Dutch Bros ever again. Love my Dutch Bros
I hadn’t been in for a while, found they wouldn’t honor my full punchcard because they had gone to an app based system and I didn’t go back for years. So they lost a semi-regular customer over a $4 coffee… Human Bean is more convenient for me anyway. Local business gave me a DB gift card so I visited recently and found friendly service, a very good cappuccino and the muffin top was surprisingly good. Still annoyed though.
