Great customer service! I love coming to this place even early in the morning they are so nice.
I have to make a huge shoutout to the entire crew that works at Dutch Bros with an emphasis on Trail. Everyone was extremely nice, the place was clean, and the coffee was great. With that said, it was our first time so we were unfamiliar with the menu. Trail caught us up to speed really quick and got us squared away with some of his recommendations. Great service, great coffee!
I am writing this review for my husband who refuses to write bad reviews. We both love Dutch Bros and go pretty often. My husband got his drink yesterday before work and as he was drinking it, (he is not a straw user) pulled a dead fly out of his mouth. I don’t know if either of us will be able to go here for a while.
It's been so long since I've had dutch bros.
