Trail is amazing! Every time I come here he makes me smile. He always has a beautiful smile & very helpful when ordering. Definitely worth coming to this Dutchbros just for his positive vibes!
I was given an incorrect order that happened to include my allergen. When I contacted corporate, their suggestion was for me to try the drink at the window to ensure that the allergen wasn’t present… incredibly bad advice. Actually, more insulting than the mistake itself. They did also give me two free drinks that I won’t be using, because without the assurance that my drink isn’t going to cause harm to me I think it best not to go to Dutch Bros ever again.
