Absolutely ridiculous. My wife ordered 3 drinks at the window, then we ended up waiting 25 minutes as 4 other people that came after us got their drinks before us. It wasn’t until the 3rd freaking time she went up to the window to see what was taking so long before the girl said “oh yeah, let me get those started for you”. Are you kidding me?! You didn’t even start them yet?! It was 2 iced rebels and a coffee. That shouldn’t even take 5 minutes! Much less getting completely ignored with so many people after us getting taken ... read more
I love this place but getting orders right is an issue here. Most of the time the wait is super long. The employees are super sweet and the atmosphere is great. HOWEVER it's expensive so please get the orders right.
The carhop, who had short, colorful hair and facial piercings, left our lane to speak with a friend whose car was would have been served after us, she previously was walking towards our car until her friend waved her over. She took her friend’s order and spent 2+ minutes talking with them instead of attending to the customers ahead of them. It took approximately 40 seconds to take our order for only two people, which appeared unprofessional and below expected customer service standards.
Not bad.
I'm not one to write a review, but every time I've gotten a coffee or rebel it hasn't tasted the best. The 51st location has always did an excellent job. I asked for an extra sweet coffee and it tastes very bland. Although, I still ended up drinking it, I just wanted to let you guys know it's not enjoyable going to this location.
