We usually go to other locations but stopped here. We got a flavored water for my kid and while at the window heard someone rudely say "Just get a regular water". It did not help that the person taking our order was clearly high, and it smelled like weed.
I always go in the morning and I love the morning staff. They are always so nice and my drink always taste amazing!!!
