I do not get the love for this place. The coffee tastes like water. I keep trying it, thinking I just caught them on the wrong day. Nope. Staff is always friendly and the place is always packed.

I had a hot white chocolate mocha. It was really good! The people were really friendly. No wonder this place has long lines!
Watched the guy working the window not only take forever w the car in front of us but also was petting their dog and feeding it first from a cup and then from his hands.
