Carmelizer and chorizo melt
Stopped by Dutch Brothers for a simple order. They have two lanes, so I used the second one—but no one was there to direct me. When I moved up, I was told to back up so they could take everyone else’s orders first. Confusing, frustrating, and completely unnecessary. Needs better lane management and staff communication.
