Waited 20 mins for my walk up order. They helped and gave 6 customers their drinks before they asked me after 20 mins what my order was. Once they gave me my drink it was all watered down and all they said was they placed my order as if it was a drive thru order. I didn't even get an apology nor offered a new drink. Very disappointed with the staff attentiveness and their lack of customer service.
