Absolutely disappointed with this particular Dutch bros. I ask for tropical light ice and it was 3/4 full Told him to top it off and they told me that I have to buy completely New drink, for them top off smh
I didn’t think a “bad” Dutch bros existed. But the workers here every time I’ve come are rude. Makes me not want to order anymore. I know that Dutch bros has a protocol where you have to act a certain way to the customers to make them feel somewhat welcomed… but here they just talk to each other, don’t acknowledge your presence, and are just plain rude.
