Customer service was horrible, couldn't see the menu from the spot I was supposed to order and when we asked if they could make a granita the lady taking our order was extremely rude and unhelpful, claiming she had never heard of that. So we had to order something else. We paid there and pulled up to get our drinks, and the person in the stand asked for the card again. They made me wait like 10 mins at the window. Couldn't sell me what I wanted and had to take my order like twice. What a joke. Worst dutch bros ever. Need new managers!!!
