I am pretty sure the girl that took our order said her name was Alyssa, and I really hope she gets this feedback. Her customer service is AMAZING! If I was still in a hiring position, I would have offered her a job on the spot. I hope your company knows how wonderfully she connects with customers, and what an asset that is. was in the drive-through for more than a half an hour. It does not take that long to make coffee. I need to know what they're doing in there because it's not making my drink.
Diego did a amazing job taking our order we had a car full of kids who kept changing their minds he was patient and extremely friendly were not even from here we just stopped by on the way home thank you Diego!
Always takes longer than 30 minutes. Doesn’t matter if I order for the window, drive thru or place an order there
