I had a really disappointing experience at this Dutch Bros location. I arrived on foot and was told I couldn’t go inside. I then waited my turn at the drive-thru window, but when I got there, the employee refused to serve me because I didn’t have a car. I understand safety policies, but there was no clear signage explaining this, and I was left waiting only to be turned away. I go to Dutch Bros almost every day and usually spend $20–$30 per visit. Had to stop and grab me a drink.
This location is easily better than the Kettleman Dutch. Staff is friendly and paying attention to your order, I haven't had any screw-ups compared to the other location. Harder getting in and out of the busy street but it's worth it
I was waiting in line on 10/03/25 5:05 pm we had to wait a while to get are drink because one of the employees wearing a pink shirt she was flirting with a guy in a black chevy ss camaro in front of us Not telling him to pull up to the window, then we got the drink they where still talking blocking are exit to get out this is highly unprofessional an un called for!!!!
