I was given the wrong drinks and politely asked for them to be corrected, the iced drink was blended and the blended drink was iced. It wasn’t a big deal, I just wanted what I paid for. The girl with dark hair and glasses responded with a dismissive “okay” and clear attitude. Can someone explain to me, what is the point of ordering on line if it's never ready when we get here, and still have to wait 10 -15 minutes (sitting in parking lot as we speak and so far it's been 11 minutes) this is almost as bad as McDonald's. The lady working the walk up window is rude also. The ladies in the morning are absolutely wonderful and efficient, while providing exceptional customer service. Reagen and Creed are some the friendliest and best baristas I've ever come across. They're the reason we're regulars at this location.
Always friendly, and moves fast. (Edited 2/21/26) They no longer honor, "Skip the line, order ahead". They just make the order when you show up.
