I go to dutch more often than I probably should lol so I know what my drink should look and taste like I paid for float and didnt receive it and when I asked then to add it since I paid for it they said it was in there... clearly there was no float as my drink was green and my float was supposed to be red on top... my moms also go a black tea with pom and mango same thing she gets everytime and there was absolutely no pomegranate and no mango so she just paid over 5 dollars for a sweet tea with no syrup. I am a dedicated Dutch Bros fan and am writing this to help provide constructive information to help continue the positive services they provide. I have a potential health threatening allergy to compounds found in certain processed sugars and sweeteners, so I always ask for "raw sugar" packets in my iced breve and they normally do provide this, but 2 out of 10 purchases, this does not happen as the raw sugar is evident in the bottom (& which I now prefer).
