Terrible service from Hadeel. She was so rude and yelled at me when I was trying to explain the traffic jam between Dutch and Dollar Tree. She definitely needed to go back home, take a nap and wake back up with a better attitude. Or she needs to go work at McDonald’s with that ugly nasty attitude. She was so rude, I didn’t even order in the line. I ended up driving to the Texas location. However, Paulina handled the whole situation with great customer service and with a calmness. Thank you Paulina!!
Marie is such a good person. Her personality always lifts my spirit. Every time I see her, it's like I've known her forever. I just recently met Hadeel she's also amazing. She has such a beautiful personality. I appreciate you all and hope your journey brings you people as beautiful as you guys are.

The manager Marie is awesome! She was awesome at the other shop on Texas Street when she was always making my drink which is very specific. Her personality is vibrant. Marie is your friend and can brighten your day, and has genuine concern if there is a problem with your purchase and she will correct any issues to make your day positive. Unfortunately, there are a few DB in neighboring cities that could use Marie's touch... attention to detail seems to be their issue... just sayin'
