This is my favorite Dutch Bros location because they consistently deliver awesome customer service and quality drinks - the key word here is consistent! The staff is always super kind, helpful and upbeat. Additionally, I had a situation once where I had an issue with a drink, I explained it to Vona (I think this was her name), she explained what she thought the problem was, suggested a tweak and she was exactly right!! The person who takes the orders was a great help!
Purposely ignored me while I was at the walk up window. The staff kept looking over but pretending to be busy organizing syrups. And it was well before their closing time and there was only a couple cars in the drive through
