They need to be better at maintaining the lines and making sure other cars DONT SKIP. 30 min in a line and we had 3 cars that arrived later than us go first. They took so long a Dallas K9 unit had to reverse and be let out.
This location is right in the middle of a construction zone. Just be cautious and take your time around the area. Other than that, this location has always been super friendly and the service is fast. Overall a great place for your morning coffee or a late night sweet treat
Osvaldo was awesome! He was taking drive-thru orders outside and was super quick and efficient. He made us laugh, answered all our questions, and gave honest opinions about the menu. It was our first time at Dutch Bros, and he made it such a great experience — give that man a raise!
