The employees are normally amazing, very polite, very helpful, however I’ve had a couple of experiences where the individual outside taking the order would skip me and go to the person/vehicle behind me instead of me even though I was in line first. Also, avoid going to Dutch bros on Sunday evening. Lines are too long and the service is slow. Slower than a turtle
I had the pleasure of working with Allie today when I forgot to order an drink. I jumped out of the truck and went to the window for walk ups. Allie helped me played a prank on my boyfriend and she was sooooo excited to help me with that. She jumped right back over to take my order and while making the drink we shared little bit of our life. Such a cutie patootie! Allie you made my day!!!! Xoxoxo
