Extremely slow. Ordered ahead and made no difference
The Sachse Dutch Bros is the BEST!! The past 9 months have been extremely traumatic with my daughter going through some unbelievable health issues. There have been many days on my way back and forth to the hospital that I would go through the drive-thru in tears, only to always be met with friendly, compassionate, and caring faces - one even cried with me. My favorite coffee! Every location has great coffee, friendly staff and a fun atmosphere!
My wife went to this location while having a tough day and Beth who works at this location was so kind and supportive and really cheered her up. I’m very thankful to hear this and wanted to share because it meant a lot to her. If you read this Beth I want to tell you, Thank You!
The staff here are always so sweet. They're fantastic about getting drinks out fast whether you're a walk up order, or placing your order through the drive through.
