The outside order taker was rude.
This locations service is beyond exceptional! They are always fast, friendly, and my order is always right. We have accidentally ordered to the wrong location (because the app doesn't geolocate your location, it just puts you back at last location) and instead of saying they couldn't help or making us reorder, they made the drinks on the spot! Our go to coffee place!
