Love the coffee but hate the drive thru system what is the point of order ahead on the app when I get here and still have to wait 20+ minutes to get to the window for 8 peoples order to be taken ahead of me when my drink is already made and getting watered down.. flawed business model and too annoying to continue to be a customer

I love Dutch Bros and would love to see more locations (preferably East Knox or downtown Knoxville ) I stop by and grab an iced golden eagle every chance I get!
