I love Dutch bros! Since I lived in Vegas it’s always been my favorite so I was over the top excited when they opened a lake Elsinore location. BUT for some reason my last few visits have not been great! Coffee is super watered down and when I ask for adjustments the staff is rude. Even when it’s not busy. Kinda sucks The picture is supposed to be to be my husbands Americano. It literally is so watered down and looks like iced tea 😩 I didn’t even bother to ask them to remake it this time.

i love coming here since everyone is so friendly expect for the past 2 visits ive came to this location the young gentle whose taken my order has zero or lacks customer service skills & just wasn't very welcoming vs everyone else when i come. sadly this gentlemen just never has the upbeat customer service that i experience with everyone else when im here & he never even asks me about having the app to scan
I am extremely disappointed and honestly angry about how I was treated tonight. I am in the military and after a long day, I made it to Dutch Bros at 10:55 PM, FIVE MINUTES before their posted 11:00 PM closing time. What made this experience so disrespectful was that they didn’t even open the drive-thru window to speak to me. They literally just looked at me and hand gestured for me to go away. No explanation. This place does notttt pass the vibe check, I thought the workers were supposed to be upbeat and fun. Girl at the window at night on 09/29 was very rude and gave nasty looks which we did not appreciate.
