There should be a separate line for order ahead. I waited in a long time about 20 mins to pick up my order ahead i had places 40 mins prior to arrival. Drinks were watered down by the time i got them. Drinks are great and staff is friendly just needs a separate line for order ahead so customers can skip the line
Our first time trying Dutch Bros. We had a Caramelizer which didn't really taste like it had Caramel. It was maybe more of a mocha flavor. We also tried the Double Rainbro which was pretty good not too sweet. The girl who took our order was very nice and helpful.

I thought I left more of a review? I love this place! They have a great menu of coffees, specialties, shakes and more. Everything has always been yum! Maybe even more important, the help are efficient and super friendly. This is definitely my go to, even though the "other place" is right across the street. Thank you for having such a customer friendly business. Customer service is huge to me :) p.s. my pups LOVE your courtesy "PUP CUPS" :))
Great coffee. Give them a shot. Try something different than Starbucks. They have great holiday drinks right now too!
