Usually decent service. I was treated very poorly today.
I’m honestly very disappointed with my experience. I ordered a drink and even showed the staff exactly what I wanted, but what I received was nothing close. When I asked for it to be remade, they didn’t fix the drink they just added caramel around the cup, as if that would solve the problem. To make things worse, the person who handed me my drink was rude and dismissive. For how pricey the drinks are, I expected at least decent customer service and for my order to be correct. I paid $8 for a cup of ice and a splash of cold brew. So remember to ask for light ice. Also, dutch is known for their bubbly, friendly staff and this particular location didn't live up to that expectation. Drink was good, just wish I had gotten more of it.
