I just ordered five drinks and when my husband got there to pick them up they were still not ready so he had to wait then when they were ready he came straight home and realized they missed a drink and the drinks we did get were all watered down. I love Dutch and I've been going there for a long time but to spend 60 dollars on drinks and to receive what we got is so not acceptable, then I tried to call them to complain but it sends me to the 1-800 number which is closed right now for business hours. The worst Dutch Bros yet. Everyone was extremely rude and dismissive from the drive through to the window. Drinks spilled with no care. Over filled and dripping. This is Saturday morning 10:45am 6/27/26
