Kind of silly there are two lanes but everyone in line insists on using one. Every other Dutch bros I've been to has signs telling you to "choose the shortest lane" but this location doesn't & when you do go into the second lane all the other cars bully you to the point of trying to hit your car when you reach the point where the line merges. I think there should be better signage to let the other drivers know they're supposed to choose the line that is shortest AND merge with other cars so we aren't blocking the exit of the... read more
I remember when the walk up window use to take priority over the drive thru. Now you're lucky if you aren't standing at the walk up for 15 mins waiting. One of the times, they didn't have a bell out or anything- and my teenage daughter waited 20 mins just for an employee to see her standing there.
Why is it that I placed a mobile order and when I got there it took them twenty minutes to make it for one drink? Everytime I come here and I place a mobile order it takes twenty minutes or more just for my one drink. I definitely don’t plan on coming back to this location. I went to the window and it took them like ten minutes to even acknowledge we were there they just kept looking at us and walked away pretty ridiculous
there was a girl with blue hair who had an ugly attitude. i kindly asked her if there was anything sugar free and she told me "look at the menu on the app" and repeated it twice . she was so unhelpful, ugly , and rude. will never go back to this location.
