I usually really enjoy Dutch Bros and the fun atmosphere, but this visit was a little disappointing. My drink had a hair in it, and when I asked about having it remade, there was some hesitation at first. They did make me a fresh one eventually, but the process felt uncomfortable—especially since the drinks are on the expensive side, and I expect them to be prepared carefully. I understand these things happen, and I’ll definitely be back, but I hope situations like this can be handled more smoothly in the future.
Molly is such a nice broista, me and my sister get her all the time and she’s so awesome! We love her! Definitely is one of the best I’ve ever gotten
got 1 drink and immediately saw a hair in it. got a new drink and it had a BUG in it!! come on people 😅
