Dutch Bros is my favorite coffee spot, and this is my all time favorite location!! The manager Dylon, and Hannah and Autumn always make my day. <3 I’ve never had a coffee I didn’t like. I do hope Dutch bros gets breakfast food eventually. That’s my only suggestion :D

Frustrating Mobile Order Experience – Long Wait & Poor Quality I placed a mobile order expecting a quick pickup, as the app estimated. When I arrived, I checked in with the employee taking orders, assuming my drink would be ready. Instead, I had to wait in the regular drive-thru line like I hadn’t ordered ahead. Even after reaching the window, I still had to wait. When I finally got my drink and took a sip a few minutes later, it was barely warm.
