I used to love this location and the workers. Dutch Bros used to be so amazing but all the new staff they got just can’t seem to make the drinks right and be consistent and they’re not friendly anymore. I would much rather go out of my way to go to the Hixson location then ever return here. I pretty much just stopped going here because the drinks are never made right. I tried to giving them another chance tonight but wasted $18 doing so. Never coming back to this location
I watched this boy at the window mess up my order and another couples. He gives them the 2 he messed up and the 2 correct then he did my order the same way only kept the one he messed up I ordered a large blended and got a medium iced and dam if he didn't make this one large cookie iced instead of blended I was so mad I left.... What's up with that..... It's as if he don't if on purpose to get a free drink. We drive 30 minutes to get a drink from y'all and this kid screws it up by making it how he wanted instead what I wante... read more
