I've been going to Dutch Bros. for years. It's one of my all-time favorite places to go.

The coffee is amazing. But the biggest reason I come to Dutch Bros is the service. You put a smile on my face even on the worst days. Your enthusiasm and energy for life is inspiring. This company and all of its employees rock. I won't get coffee anywhere else!!!!
Normally you guys rock. Today I asked for an iced caramelizer. And instead I got an iced Annihilator. Ruined my day. Woke up excited to add my own caramel to my drink... Tried to call this number you guys have posted but no answer. Pretty disappointed.
