Four bikers we had great seafood great atmosphere great waitress did I say great if not GREAT the scallops was to die for.

This is the worst restaurant I've ever been to. Such a horrible experience, I set up a Yelp profile just to write a review. Arrived at 7:30. Seated at 8:47. Ordered appetizers as soon as we were seated. 45 minutes later - STILL NO APPETIZERS. (52 minutes for half cooked fried pickles). After seeing a roach casually stroll across the floor, we left at 10:05. Our food never came. This review should have a negative number of stars. The health department should shut this place down.
Best oysters on the beach by far. Its a small place so expect a long wait but its more than worth every minute of it. This place is a must go to in Panama City.

Always crowded. Always happy when I leave. That's a good sign and a good review.
We ended up leaving and trying to come back 2 different times, while we vacationed Panama City Beach. We were finally able to get in (2 adults and 2 children), but that's because we showed up between lunch and dinner (roughly 3pm). Bartender was friendly. We sat there as we waited for a table. Dustys is a must in PCB. ABSOLUTELY THE BEST oysters on the beach. Expect to wait tho, any time of day. My wife and I celebrated our anniversary there this last Tuesday. We have been to Dusty's several times and knew this is where we wanted to spend the evening.
Absolute disaster of a place - waited for 1:45mins and then was told it would be another 1:30mins after we ordered. Hostess blamed the kitchen. Stay away - worst place I have ever tried to eat at!!! Will never be back. I would give it a negative -10
