The oysters were much smaller than other restaurants, they only served beer & wine, salads were lacking, seafood nachos & regular nachos were not even bar decent, & the rest of our party of 6’s food was crappy tasting. 2 of us had scallops & they had no taste whatsoever.
We ordered an appetizer and were looking forward to the main meal. Let’s just say we did not eat much of the appetizer and left before ordering any other food.
Dusty’s is my favorite oyster bar in the area! The oysters are fresh and tasty, the service is friendly and prompt and the beer is cold. The fried crab claws and fried pickles are perfect. My favorite oyster shucker/bartender is Aaron, and he’s an institution himself! Be sure to sit at the oyster bar when you go, for good conversation and freshly shucked oysters.
OMG... the oysters were great, big, cold and reasonable. On Saturday at 4pm it was busy and very loud, I couldn’t hear my dinner partner at all There was 1 table making all the noise, I believe the 40 year old women were blitzed, but no one asked them to quiten down. They were having fun but impacted the rest of the dining tables near them. But the food was great,
