Recently hired Eric to refinish some very damaged floors. Great communication, and he went over and above with the work. Also, it truly is a dustless system - we could stay at the property with no issues from dust or fumes, so that made it easy. Very happy with the results, and would have no hesitation hiring him again in the future.
I contacted Eric shortly before moving into a new home that was recently polished with oil-based poly. It smelled awful and I couldn't tolerate it. I called Eric and he scheduled with us quickly, did a great sanding job, and also replaced some terribly stained boards with some beautifully integrated new boards. He was personable and communicative. We will be working with him again.

Contacted Eric @ Dustless Floor Sanders over email, was given a good run-down of the work and was provided a well-fleshed quote shortly thereafter. Work was reasonably priced, and I was sold by the quality of his previous work. He and his colleague went to work a few weeks after the initial estimate, sanded + refinished the floors promptly and professionally.
