Ian Williams was a fantastic agent from his first meeting with our daughter to search for a home in Austin. We were purchasing a home with her and Ian would contact us after each showing to give an honest assessment of the properties (plus video on two occasions!). He always responded quickly to our text messages and emails, and within a few weeks, we made an offer on a house.
