Good service but poor communication I was given a quote for a water pump replacement and decided to buy my own part before taking it in. What I was not told was that buying my own part did not reduce the price of the repair. They increased their hourly rate to match the quote I was given, which meant I ended up paying way more in the end. Good job with the repair so far but I was mislead with prices. Ask them more questions before you take your vehicle in!
Clean, convenient, great location. A little pricy but the again you pay for convenience.
Anyone who visits, lives, or just passing through, this shop, along with Tires Plus took the best care for my vehicle than I have ever had in my entire 30 years of driving. The store clerk on the inside with the multicolored hair has the most polite introduction and referral to the shop that's open on some holidays. I had a thermostat replaced and antifreeze flush, absolutely no more overheating in 1,300 miles driving.
Called up for an alignment and tire mounting at 9 am and work was done at 12 without even having an appointment. Fair price and quality work would recommend!
