Clean facility, friendly employees and quick line at the car wash. Well besides the guy that forgot to punch in his code and was waiting for the door to open on the car wash. Great place to stop for fuel and snacks.
Called for roadside assistance Saturday morning at 2am and was told they don't have anyone... clearly states 24/7
I go to Dusterhoft for my oil changes and each time the workers are friendly and very quick. Today I was there for an oil change and they were done within 15 minutes! They have my business.
I take all my vehicles there they have the best service manager John and the best mechanics especially Jeremy
Filled with premium fuel at the 32nd store and the pump didn't shut off. Overfilled the truck and ran a couple gallons of premium on the ground. The attends got mad at me because they had to go out to clean up the mess plus told me to bad when I had to pay for the fuel that there pumps ran on the ground. The least they could have done was offer a free wash. I fill there 2 times a week or at least I did. Won't be going back.
Cashier (Kerry Anne) charged me twice for something, I calmly told her that I didn't think that price could be right. She had already given me my change and said that I should've told her while she was doing the transaction, deflecting all the blame onto me. Your job is not hard, accept responsibility. Fucking joke. Will never go there again (32nd ave/20th st).
My battery died when I wasn't home and they came out and started my car within 20 minutes of them being called! It was 6am too. Thank you for being prompt and friendly, will definitely use you guys in the future.
