Overall a awesome practice!! All the staff members are very personable, but Mrs.Perkins is awesome!!
I have been these health providers for many years, when they were Durham Family Practice. At the time Brain Benjamin was my doctor and when he left I started seeing Dr. Swiner. All the doctors and assit. are great.
I think Mrs. Perkins is the best Doctor's Assistant ever. I live in Burlington NC and have followed her from Hillsborough to Durham. You feel as if you are cared about. She doesn't mind telling you things that you should stop doing and will tell you what you should be doing. Her staff is just as nice and courteous. Everyone is always professional with a smile. May GOD continue to bless HER.
I love Dr. Chilukuri, Nurse Frankie and all the staff. He's very in tune with you and informative. Also, he doesn't mind scolding you for bad behaviors . ONLY negative here is the wait time. At times it is unreasonable and frustrating. If one has an appointment I don't find it unreasonable to hope to be seen in a 15-20 minute window. I've found the earlier the better. Hope to see improvements in this area. Otherwise nothing but good things.
Mrs Perkins and her triage nurse are as good as it gets. . They really add that personal, put you at ease touch. I've never been to see her that I wasn't greeted with a HUGE smile and hug. I receive the best health care possible. Mrs Perkins ( PA ) has been my doc of choice for about 5 years now. She's the one that got me interested in my own health. Every single time I see her she tells me how proud of me she is. . I highly recommend this place and her.. these two ladies are A+++++...
I always get awesome care when I come to the doctor! Great front desk staff!
Pretty good care but the wait to be seen is inbelievable! I had an early morning appointment but by the time I was actually seen it was after 12 pm! If you have the whole day to spend at the doctors office then this place is for you, but if you have other things you need to get accomplished during the day.. I would think twice before making an appointment here!!!
Love the staff, service and environment. My entire family comes to Durham Family Medicine and we are extremely satisfied!
