DFM is a great family friendly practice and we highly recommend them.
Had a bad experience recently with DFM - they dropped a referral to radiology for evaluation of possible abdominal aortic aneurysm. I called to see what happened, left a message. Ended up with them strongly telling me to go to ER. Did do that but reluctantly. Turned out of course to be nothing and had to pay $250 rather than $55 copay. Spoke with Practice Manager and then she never followed up with me to indicate that the problem with the dropped referral had been addressed.
