Hands down THE best dental office in Indy. The customer service is outstanding and the environment is just joyful and uplifting the moment you walk in. Experience over all was good, bought my first dentures here. I did have a problem with the billing, after paying the bill at the office often I would be contacted up to a month later saying I owed more.
I'm a fan. Just great. Good dental care; easy to make appointments; friendly, kind, caring staff. And good education, too--like they take the time to figure out what you're doing (or not 🤦) for your teeth, and teach you different ways to do things for a better clean, or to reduce dry mouth... seriously care so much.
I am so glad I found this office. Everyone was kind and patient from my phone call to schedule to my in office visit. Dr. Dancy and his staff answered all of my questions and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. I look forward to bringing my family here and was very happy with my service. Highly recommend !
