Bought a cartridge filter off eBay from them. Pictures of the box that arrived via FedEx. Amazingly the filter body seems ok. But cant say the same for the parts bag inside. Buyer Beware! Don't know if this is FedEx's fault or durapowers and don't care the filter was expensive and never should have showed up like this.
