Love the new clinic the staff is amazing. The appointment was fast and they did a message for my daughter on the bed. Providers are very knowledgeable.
Please train your office receptionist properly. They lost my child's health form and treated me like I was crazy for saying I turned it in. Now I have to waste my own time going back there. This level of incompetence is ridiculous... Do your job right..
0 stars for the front desk girl - unprofessional & unwelcoming. Dr. Nguyen was nice & explained everything about my baby thoroughly and expressed his concerns. Front desk ruined the experience.
The Service from the Front Desk to communication has been very awful experienced to us. We need to get a 2nd test done. I went personally to get the test order and the Front desk has been very unhelpful. (Thats your Job: Dont be in a front desk if your not helpful enough to do it.) also, she gave me the wrong test order. Then, I had to do follow up calls again. And I made 4x call to get the test order nothing happened. We went to Quest and was told that there was no new test order. Seriously! Never again in this Clinic. Bad ... read more
