This practice has declined significantly. Appointments feel rushed, availability is limited, and the front desk is unwelcoming. Nurses are inattentive. Dr. Nguyen dismissed my child’s concerns and blamed them on sleep hygiene rather than listening, coming across as snarky. We love our son’s doctor, and experience caring service here. Thankful to receive excellent care for our little one.
New system is impossible to get through to a clinic to actually make an appointment. After 2.5+ hours, I was finally connected with the office. Gina/Tina was less than helpful, what she was saying wasn't even making sense... After having her repeat it a couple times. They are not seeing patients or very few patients right now because of their new system. Doesn't sound like a very efficient system to me. My child has Asthma and has been a patient since birth. Staff is rude they told me the doctor gave me until 3:40 to arrive and they have a 5 min grace period I arrived at 3:37 and they told me my daughter could not be seen say there for almost 10 mins going back and forth with me instead of helping me after I told them something unexpected came up when I was leaving with my leasing office the staff was rolling eyes and being unprofessional from that I will not trust this company with my daughters health because they show that they are just there for a check and not to help
