Everyone there is very sweet and helpful! Leslie took great care of me in preop! I have been here 3 times now, once for my son's tonsilectomy and 2 for myself. I highly recommend! Dr. Lui has a great bedside manner and did a great job! Brandon (?) the anesthesiologist was very friendly and made me feel comfortable when i was super nervous! So many names I cant remember! Facility and staff were Good. Dr. Trainor Was two hours late. Awful, inconsiderate! He expects you to be there on time (two hours b4 surgery) so you expect the same in return.
This is the second time I've been to Durango Surgery Center. The treatment received is outstanding from the very entry level, the reception. The nurses, my doctor and after surgery, recovery. Everyone giving you their undivided attention plus. Everyone showing kindness, respect, and understanding to the very end as you exit the center.
The staff was very friendly and helpful from the front office to all the nurses and the operating staff!!
Very nice staff. Husband didn't care for all the noisy kids in the waiting room. Even got a thank you card as I was leaving.
Well taken care of, efficiently move through the process with attentive staff.
