Responded to my inquiries very quickly and would recommend this dealership to anyone who lives in the area.
All around awful experience. They don’t want to sell cars if they have to work. I am in R.I. and they are in Massachusetts seeing they would have to do an interstate sale they weren’t interested. I told them I was pre-approved and ready to purchase. They informed me because of covid they can’t sell to people in R.I. unless I come with cash for the entire deal. I spoke to a few other Massachusetts dealers and they never heard of such a thing. Awful situation

While we have sold many vehicles in RI for many many years, under the current covid circumstances we have had to suspend any sales to RI and CT that require us to send personnel to those states as the DMVs are not being responsive to outer state dealerships and our personnel are not comfortable in such transactions. Response was great!!! Car I wanted was not ready so it wasn’t available to test drive. However dealership got back to me a few days later. I have decided to go with another vehicle that’s ready without work...still looking
They were very helpful and I bought the Volt!
