The man that owns this company is not very nice. He may try and act like it, but that is far from the truth. His name is Bill and he needs to be out of business. He is a bully and his business ethics are unscrupulous. He preys on poor people who have made a few mistakes in their lives, and are trying to get back on their feet. We have had a great experiance with Duracel and the owner Bill. Like the other review said, if you have had a bad exp. then its more then likely that you didnt pay your car note. If you are going to be late, simply call. If they have to try to find you, then like any business they are going to be upset. I agree that some payments could be a little high but not really if you think about how much sooner your car is going to be paid off. I love our car. I LOVE MY CAR! They are really friendly people! they do speak english and spanish! I got a great deal. I got a car with under 30k miles!! and a great price! payments a little high but worth it! and yeah, dont pay your car note late! at least let them know your going to pay late!
they are very bad for service. hardly anyone there speaks english. they call you names and they cuzz at you. very bad business.
Duracel auto ales is a great place.they are rly good people. They helped me pick out a rly great truck. Linda if u want to get a car from there u should go for it. Amanda u probably didnt pay ur car note and they do have people that speak english and spanish. Ur probably just stupid.
