This place is #\$%\$!!! I bought a vehicle from there not that long ago and right away they started being jerks. They do not provide the license plates you have to buy them separate which is \$105. Then they say Bill is the owner but when my spouse went to pay my vehicle for me they started accusing us of being broke and not being able to pay our bills then harassing us about if we could not afford the vehicle we should have not gotten it in the first place. when i called to ask what the issue was and what his full name was ... read more

I recently got a charger from there. I haven t had any problems. I was late with 2 payments I called the old guy he was pretty cool about it. He let me come in the following week to pay it. Now the only thing that bugs me is the repo for non- payment of insurance. But I understand why tho so can t really fault them. Maybe I just haven t ran into any of the problems you guys have. I recently purchased a car from this dealer and the experience wasn t so bad. Typical car buying experience. The dealer wants to make money, and I need a new car. However, what wasn t very typical was the fact that they asked me when I would like to make my payment instead of telling me when to make my payment. Got a car from them a year ago. Was told my total down pymt would be 1000. Wasnt til after I signed the papers and gave them the cash that I found out I had to pay 3 additional pymts of 300 for the remainder of the down pymt. Then I had to give them 150 a month later for the new license plates. I asked why I had to pay the extra because it should have been included in the tt&l. Let me start out by saying that I would have given Duracel Auto Sales ZERO stars if it would have let me, but apparently he gets one star by default. This company and it s owner Bill are crooks who prey on hard working people who are paying a pretty penny for his over priced, high mileage vehicles.
