Received a call from this business number that claimed they were DLC and that my power was going to be shut off in 30 minutes if i didn't pay in full immediately over the phone. Evident scam using what may or may not be a legitimate DLC number. Of course, DLC claims no knowledge of this, but the phone number record is a DLC number. Criminal organization. May the company and everyone in it be afflicted by the bureaucratic and financial hell they inflict upon others.
